Step goal planner
Enter the steps you average now and a target. The planner builds a week-by-week ramp so you add a little at a time. It is a pacing plan, not a weight prediction.
Step goal planner
How to use it
- Find your current average in the Health app or any step counter, over a normal week.
- Choose a small weekly increase you can keep. Skipping a week or staying put is fine.
- Stop and talk to a clinician if walking causes pain, dizziness or chest discomfort.
The CDC's guideline for adults is 150 minutes of moderate-intensity activity a week (CDC). Steps and minutes are two ways of looking at the same habit. StepFast tracks your steps and shows them against a daily goal; see how it works.
